Tyler, the Creator on removing 'Chromakopia' copyright strikes: "Gonna make sure the block gets lifted"

On Friday 28 October, Tyler, the Creator released his highly-anticipated eighth studio album Chromakopia. Since then, the project has received glowing reviews, with 4/5 stars on The Guardian and Rolling Stone, and 7/10 on Pitchfork.

Despite its success, fans have flagged new issues with reacting to the album online. Some people have been experiencing problems with uploading videos playing the album, as the sound has either been revoked or accounts with video reactions have been taken down entirely.

In a bid to combat this, the rapper has reassured fans that he's working on removing the copyright strikes so that fans can react to the album properly on social media.

Commenting on sleepingongems' Instagram post, Tyler says:

"Gonna make sure the block gets lifted man, hit my squad up early this am."
