Goths, prepare your ears. Peter Murphy has delivered a new song, "Swoon," featuring Nine Inch Nails mastermind Trent Reznor.

While details are still scarce, Murphy will come out with a new album, Silver Shade, on May 9th. Killing Joke member Youth will produce the LP and is responsible for the production on "Swoon."

"Trent Reznor cordially accepted my invitation to appear on the song, adding a welcome vibe on the second verse, as well as throughout the entire song in the form of backing vocalizing," Murphy explained. Take a listen below.

Murphy released a single with Boy George last fall, "Let the Flowers Grow," though it's unclear if this track, like "Swoon," will appear on Silver Shade. Meanwhile, Nine Inch Nails, consisting of Reznor and longtime collaborator Atticus Ross, will embark on the Peel It Back tour later in the year.
