Travis Scott was recently released from French police custody without any charges following his detainment in Paris after an altercation with a hotel security guard.

The incident, deemed minor by authorities, led to Scott's arrest at the Georges V hotel in Paris. The security guard stepped in to intervene in a confrontation between Scott and his bodyguard.

A statement from French authorities read:

"The police custody order for Travis Scott has been lifted and all proceedings (against him) were terminated because the incident was minor."

The rapper, who goes by the birth name Jacques Webster, has achieved significant success with over 100 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 with hits like "Sicko Mode," "Highest in the Room," etc.

During his time in Paris for the Olympics, Scott attended the men's basketball semifinal match between the United States and Serbia.
