The Bug announces new instrumental album 'Machine'

Experimental electronic producer The Bug (aka Kevin Richard Martin) is gearing up to release a new record - Machine - out October 4 via new label Relapse.

The album combines highlights from a series of five EPs (named Machine I - V) Martin released over the past couple years, all of which are instrumental without any guest vocalists. The album seeks a sound that is “ice cold and dystopian."

Its lead singles, "Buried (Your Life is Short)" and "Bodied (Send For the Hearse)" are on streaming now. Listen below:

According to a press release: "[Machine] celebrates “atmospheric pressure, and the joy of full body assaults, via oversized sound systems in undersized club rooms.”
