Kim Deal has announced her long-awaited debut solo album, Nobody Loves You More, which will release on November 22 via 4AD. The album was produced with the help from legendary engineer and close friend of Deal, the late Steve Albini.
The record also includes contributions from past and current Breeders collaborators, including twin sister Kelley Deal, bandmate Jim MacPherson, Mando Lopez, and Britt Walford. Other collaborators on the record are Teenage Fanclub’s Raymond McGinley, Raconteurs bassist Jack Lawrence, Josh Klinghoffer, and drummer Faye Milton and bassist Ayşe Hassan from Savages.
Earlier this year, Deal released her first single from the album, “Coast”, and has now shared the second single “Crystal Breath” along with the album’s announcement. The record will also include songs “Are You Mine?” and “Wish I Was”, which were both previously written and recorded in 2011 and put out as part of her first self-released vinyl series in 2013.
