The Black Keys announce 14th studio album, 'Peaches!'

The Black Keys are still at it! The duo, that formed in 2001 and achieved mainstream fame with 2011's El Camino, are now announcing their 14th studio album, named Peaches! It's out on May 1st via Warner Records.

Listen to the bluesy "You Got to Lose", the album's first single, below:

According to Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, Peaches! reconnected the duo with their roots, to the lo-fi rock and blues sound they did on their first few records, like 2002's The Big Come Up and 2003's Thickfreakness.

"We weren’t making a record. We were just jamming, like this is for us. Really primal, in a moment when all the nerves were raw, just kinda screaming. We were going through a lot, trying to lift our spirits," says Auerbach, whose dad was ill during the recording of the album, which made him channel raw emotions on his playing.

The band is also playing a few shows in the US and the UK this summer. Check out the dates down below.
