In a strange, but I guess not very surprising move, Taylor Swift is announcing her twelfth studio album on boyfriend Travis Kelce's podcast New Heights (which he hosts with brother and former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce (go birds)).

All we know of the album at this hour is its title, The Life of a Showgirl, and an orange/teal color scheme. Pre-orders have already been set up on the billionaire pop star's website despite the limited information provided to fans at this time.

The record's release date will likely be October 10th or 17th, considering item descriptions promise a 10/13 shipment date.

From a teaser released by the New Heights podcast, it seems as though more information will be revealed during Swift's guest appearance.

Whether this is a ploy to get some money into the Kelce brothers' pockets or if it's a vie to win over the beer-slinging straight men of the world, I'm not sure. An interesting promotion tactic from Swift nonetheless.
