Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has been stealing headlines now for what seems like a miniature eternity. The career-spanning experience has finally concluded, grossing over $2 billion ($2,077,618,725 in total) in the process. Over 149 shows, Swift officially conducted the best-selling tour of all time, entertaining over 10 million fans in the process.
In the process, Swift made sure to give back to those that worked behind the scenes. $197 million (on top of her staff's standard wages) was given out over two years to everyone from truckers and techs to merch folks, dancers, and security.
Swift, 34, has had a banner year, including a tour book documenting the Eras run that sold over 800,000 copies in its first two days. Her album, The Tortured Poets Department, made waves and broke streaming records as well.
The Eras Tour wrapped up at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, Canada, on December 8th. "I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date, my beloved Eras Tour," Swift told the crowd.
