System of a Down announce 2025 Wake Up! South America Stadium Tour

Following up their announcement of three stadium shows for next summer in North America, legendary alternative metal outfit System of a Down have confirmed a South American tour.

The lead-up to the news was rather cryptic, as the iconic line “Wake up!” that Serj Tankian shouts at the beginning of his verse in “Chop Suey!” was projected onto numerous public spaces and buildings alongside a video of an opening eye.

Wake Up! South America Stadium Tour kicks off on 24 April, 2025 in Bogotá, at the Estadio Nemésio Camacho El Campín. Then it moves to Lima (Peru), Santiago (Chile), and Buenos Aires (Argentina), before wrapping up in Brasil, where they are scheduled to appear three times, the last of which is in São Paulo.

You can join the list on their website to get first access to pre-sale tickets on Tuesday, 17 December, at 10am local time (Peru at 8am). The general on-sale will be available at 12pm local time on Thursday, 19 December.

They also added a second night at each of the stadium concerts they announced in NA. Check-out every date the band currently have below:
