Sean Ono Lennon, Zak Starkey, and James McCartney are noted musicians in their own right, but all three happen to be sons of Beatles members (John, Ringo Starr, and Paul, respectfully). Now, the trio has recorded a new song, entitled "Rip Off".
Starkey, longtime drummer for The Who (then wasn't, then was, then wasn't again), had the idea to do the track for his supergroup Mantra of the Cosmos. He shared a teaser of the track on Instagram, which you can hear below.
In April 2024, the younger Lennon and McCartney recorded a track together, "Primrose Hill." Perhaps Dhani Harrison could join them for the next single...
