Slowdive is dropping two reworked versions of "kisses" from Grouper and Daniel Avery

British shoegaze giants Slowdive will release “two special reworked versions” of their track "kisses" this Thursday at 3pm BST/10am ET. These new versions are done by techno producer and DJ Daniel Avery, and ambient musician Grouper (aka Liz Harris).

“kisses” was the lead single from Slowdive’s latest album, everything is alive, which dropped in September last year via Dead Oceans. It premiered with a music video directed by Noel Paul, who also worked on Mitski’s “Bug Like an Angel”, and Black Midi’s “Sugar/Tzu”.
