Selena Gomez & Benny Blanco announce joint album 'I Said I Love You First', share new single

Selena Gomez took to Instagram last night to announce a new collaborative album with her fiancé and "best friend," Benny Blanco.

Titled I Said I Love You First, the album is set to arrive on March 21, with the first single, "Scared of Loving You", available now. See her full post below:

This announcement caps off an eventful few months for Gomez: her role in Emilia Pérez has earned her multiple award nominations; Only Murders in the Building was renewed for a fifth season; and, of course, she got engaged to Benny Blanco.

The brief, sub-two-minute track offers a preview of what to expect in the upcoming album, with its lyrics seemingly reflecting Gomez and Blanco’s relationship. Co-produced by FINNEAS, the song leans into a stripped-down, acoustic ballad style, accented by delicate xylophone melodies. The track is accompanied by a lyric video featuring footage of the couple, which can be seen below.
