Jam band Phish cleaned up this year's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame fan vote, earning 330,000 ballots from their ever-dedicated followers. For perspective, the runners-up in Bad Company claimed a meager 281,000.
The Vermont ensemble, led by Trey Anastasio, comfortably beat out Bad Company as well as Billy Idol, Cyndi Lauper, and Joe Cocker – the acts that finished in third, fourth, and fifth, respectively. You can check out the fan vote tallies for all of this year's nominees below.
All of the top five finishers have their results counted as the class of 2025 is determined. Ballots will be cast by over 1,200 music industry professionals, artists, and music historians. The inductees are set to be announced on Sunday, April 27th, via that omnipresent prime time institution American Idol.
