On the heels of a Best Album Cover Grammy nomination (a new category this year) for Glory, Perfume Genius (real name Mike Hadreas) has shared the music video for "Me & Angel".

Along with news of the video, Hadreas said of "Me & Angel":

“Me & Angel is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever made. I wrote it very quickly one night, kind of suddenly and with the entire melody and lyric coming together almost immediately. So I never had to revisit the demo. Taking it to the studio though was difficult, I had to do a lot of takes because I was getting so emotional. That has never happened before. The video is us on the street where we live by our house.”

In tandem with this, he announced his Duo Tour for spring 2026 – an intimate run of shows across eastern North America featuring longtime partner and collaborator Alan Wyffels.

“Alan was the first person I ever sang in front of. We’ve played every single show together for 15 years. When we started it was just him and I, perched on our keyboards at the front of the stage. I miss a lot of those older songs and how intense they could be with just the two of us. We’re excited to go back there," Hadreas says about the tour. "We want to sing stripped down versions of newer songs as well and write some new music altogether to play as a duo."

The first date is January 22 in Chicago, IL and the tour resumes on March 31 in Washington, DC and concludes in Homer, NY on April 9. Along the way they will stop in New York City, Toronto and Boston. Tickets are on-sale Friday, November 21 at 10am local and will be available here. See full list of dates below:
