As 180,000 fans packed out the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, to see Oasis's final American shows on the Live '25 reunion tour, one of the more famous fans in attendance was none other than Paul McCartney, the former bass player of The Beatles, and one of the Gallagher brothers' biggest influences.
After going viral for capturing a video of Oasis performing "Little By Little" from a luxury box, holding his phone landscape style like a proud father at a child's sports event, McCartney was asked what he thought about the show as he exited the venue and gave a glowing review to the lads from Manchester: "Fabulous."

While Liam Gallagher is famously more of a John Lennon guy, going so far as to tell NME, "McCartney's like Noel β he's too nice; Lennon was twisted and I like that kinda s**t" in 2012, the pair have formed a relationship over the years as two of the standard-bearers of British rock music.
With Oasis now preparing to take their reunion tour to Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, McCartney is looking to begin the 2025 leg of a tour of his own, Got Back, which kicks off at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, and runs through November 25 in Chicago, Illinois, for two shows at the United Center.
Considering music is in the middle of a full-blown Brit Pop revival, having two of the biggest acts to ever do it on the road again is a surreal moment for fans who have been eager to hear these songs live again, be that in packed-out arenas for Oasis or more intimate gigs with the former Beatles bassist.
