Paramore's Zac Farro announces debut solo record

Today, Paramore's Zac Farro announced his debut solo record Operator, due out on July 18 via his own label, Congrats Records.

Along with the announcement comes lead single "My My", signaling a mellow direction for Farro in contrast to his work in Paramore and HalfNoise. Listen below:

"My My" tackles dealing with a family member's illness. Of the track, Farro says:

"‘My My’ is a personal song about witnessing a loved one try to let go of someone they care for deeply. That kind of silent pain. This song holds a lot of weight and captures those moments of reflection and processing that run throughout the album.”
