Dust off your gallon hats and leather chaps, everyone’s favorite South-African cowboy, Orville Peck, is back with an upcoming EP, Appaloosa, for Warner Records. The EP is set to be released November 14 and includes seven tracks, including “Atchafalaya” featuring Noah Cyrus. The first single for the record, “Drift Away,” was released October 31.

Appaloosa is Peck’s first release since his collaborative album, Stampede, in 2024. All three of Peck’s full-length records were released originally as limited EP’s before being released as full-length albums, but so far no official announcement has been made regarding an LP length version of Appaloosa. While a tour has yet to be announced, Peck will be celebrating the launch of his upcoming EP with the seventh “Orville Peck’s Rodeo,” an annual country festival in Pioneertown, California celebrating music, art, drag, and desert magic.
