Norwegian singer-songwriter Sigrid has announced that her third album, There’s Always More That I Could Say, is set to release on October 24 through Island Records.
The pop star has released two singles to support the album, the first being “Jellyfish” which she released on July 11, and “Fort Knox” which premiered August 19 on BBC.
This new record is set to release three years after her previous album How To Let Go, which itself was released three years after her debut, Sucker Punch. Although Sigrid released a slew of singles last summer, compiled as The Hype EP, none of those songs will appear on the upcoming album.
In addition to being a songwriter, Sigrid is establishing her identity as a producer, with “Jellyfish” marking the first time Sigrid has been credited as a producer on one of her songs. According to an interview with The Independent, Sigrid states that she has been co-producing her entire career, but this is the first time she is getting credit for it.
