Chicago jazz-rap and neo-R&B prodigy, Noname, earlier today announced new music with the song, "Hundred Acres". This is the artist's newest material since her 2023 album, Sundial, which received critical acclaim and included features from billy woods to Jay Electronica. This song is one of many on her upcoming fourth studio album, Cartoon Radio.
The song also features an appearance from Florida R&B artist Devin Morisson on the hook, and is produced by jazz instrumentalists Greg Paul and Brandon Cardoba. Listen to the new single below:
This new song is a traditional, lighthearted Noname affair, chock-full of self-referential one-liners and a bouncy instrumental. Along with a music video from director Daren Rabinovitch, she's seen biking around and being followed by a prancing humanoid cat, before she transforms into a parrot in the video's second half.
