Italian post-metallers Noise Trail Immersion have returned with their second single, "Finzione", taken from their upcoming fourth album Tutta la Morte in un solo punto, due out June 27 via I, Voidhanger Records.

"Finzione" is an unrelenting journey through chaos, dissonance, and bleak beauty, as a microcosm of the album's reformed approach. Clocking in at just five minutes, the track seamlessly navigates shifting moods and dynamics without ever losing coherence.

Launching with a tightly wound, rhythmically complex riff — mathy and menacing — underpinned by sharp, hyperactive drumming and an undercurrent of melodic dissonance, the track has a warped sense of catchiness as a strangely memorable motif cuts through despite its turmoil.

Last month, Noise Trail Immersion released Tutta la Morte...'s first single "Arde e Respira" to high praise from esoteric cohorts like No Clean Singing, who called the track "breathtaking, bamboozling, and calamitous."
