Noah Cyrus collaborates with Fleet Foxes on new single "Don't Put It All On Me"

Country singer Noah Cryus has returned with a new release, "Don't Put It All On Me". The track features indie-folk group Fleet Foxes and is their first collaborative release.

Welding Cyrus's somber vocal delivery with Fleet Foxes' complimentary harmonies, "Don't Put It All On Me" is a melancholic offering originally written by Noah's brother, Braison. The final result sees Cyrus and Fleet Foxes bringing the song to life with gentle piano keys and climactic guitar strokes.

Speaking about the single, Cyrus says:

“I want my music to offer fans a sense of comforting, peaceful nostalgia. That’s something that I feel so heavily when I listen to music. We all want to connect with our past while also being aware of the present moment. Music does that for me, and this new collection of songs was made with that in mind,” she says. “I want to evoke that feeling of a comforting friend that a song can be — and allow us all to heal.”

Out via RECORDS/Columbia Records, "Don't Put It All On Me" is accompanied by an otherworldly music video directed by Luis Villanueva. Watch below:

The single also follows the news of Cyrus newly signing with Range Music for artist management.
