After teasing us for weeks, Miley Cyrus is soon to release an expanded version of her 2025 visual album Something Beautiful, out Friday via Columbia Records.
In addition to the original album's 13 songs, the new edition includes two new songs featuring former Fleetwood Mac members Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood and Talking Heads frontman David Byrne.
Written as present to her father Billy Ray Cyrus for his 64th birthday, Miley enlisted two of his biggest influences — Buckingham and Fleetwood — for her new song "Secrets".
The expanded version of her ninth studio album will also include a collaboration titled "Lockdown" with Byrne, who previously worked with Miley in 2022 for her New Year's Eve special on NBC, where they performed a duet of David Bowie's "Let's Dance" and Byrne's "Everybody's Coming to My House".
Something Beautiful was released back in May and featured collabs with members of the bands Alvvays, Model/Actriz, the War on Drugs, Danielle Haim, Flea, model Naomi Campbell, and Brittany Howard. Miley also co-directed a companion film of the same name currently streaming on Hulu.
