Men I Trust share new single “Husk”

Following a busy festival season, Montréal trio Men I Trust are heading back out on the road soon for the European leg of the Melanie Martinez arena tour they joined earlier this year as main support. To celebrate, there's a brand new single out today – the band's first new music of 2024.

"Husk" is one of the band's more upbeat tracks, adding weight and propulsion to Emma Proulx's almost vaporous singing and lyrical mystique, and will no doubt sound great live. Listen to it below:

This year marks a decade since the first Men I Trust album – self-titled and self-released – which predated Proulx's involvement in the band and featured guest vocalists including Helena Deland, Gabrielle Shonk, and Odile Marmet-Rochefort. A recent reissue of the album sold out almost instantly.

Next Thursday (19 September), Men I Trust will play a headline show in New Jersey, before opening for Khruangbin at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, NY, on Friday and Saturday. Full list of dates below:
