On Tuesday, December 17th, rapper Megan Thee Stallion filed a petition for a restraining order against fellow rapper Tory Lanez, who started his ten year prison sentence in August for shooting Megan in 2020.
According to the Associated Press, the restraining order is being filed in response to Lanez harassing Megan through third party surrogates, including bloggers making false claims on Lanez's behalf about details of his abuse. A court hearing for this order is scheduled for January 9.
