Coldplay are taking an inventive approach to releasing their new single "We Pray", the latest preview of their upcoming tenth album, Moon Music, out 4 October via Parlophone Records.
Alongside the album version, which features a globe-spanning supporting cast in Little Simz (UK), Burna Boy (Nigeria), Elyanna (Palestine/Chile) and TINI (Argentina), the CD and 12" vinyl single releases feature three alternative versions – a "TINI version", an "Elyanna version", and a "?" version where the second verse is left blank "for your own inspiration."
The physical releases also feature a live recording of "We Pray" from the band's headlining set at Glastonbury 2024, which will not be available to download.

According to a press release, the TINI version will be released to streaming and download sites on 6 September, with the Elyanna version landing two weeks later.
Meanwhile, Coldplay's record-breaking Music of the Spheres World Tour continues. The band are currently in Vienna, where they recently performed a cover of Taylor Swift's "Love Story" with tour support Maggie Rogers, in an act of solidarity following the forced cancellation of Swift's Vienna dates due to a terrorist threat.
