The charges come amidst Oasis’s highly successful Oasis Live 25 reunion tour, and Gallagher will appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on August 28th, the day before his two brothers take the stage for a sold-out gig at Chicago’s Soldier Field.

Paul, who is six years older than Liam and one year older than Noel, has never musically been involved with Oasis but has made frequent appearances in documentaries and given interviews regarding his brothers. He lives in a flat in North London that Noel purchased for him in 2004 and works as a photographer and DJ.
