LCD Soundsystem have premiered a new song entitled “X-Ray Eyes” via the show Soup to Nuts w/ Anu, on NTS Radio. It is the band’s first song since the 2022 single “New Body Rhumba”, which was written for the soundtrack to Noah Baumbach’s film White Noise. 

While the song is not yet streaming, you can listen to it by jumping to the 19:40 mark of the show during which it premiered. It is not known whether “X-Ray Eyes” signals a new album from the band, but show host Anu did say the song would be officially dropping soon. She also said “that’s all I can play for you” after the song, signifying that perhaps what was played on the show was not the full song. 

LCD Soundysystem will play two residencies between the months of November and December, the first in Los Angeles and the second in Queens.
