Brownsville, Brooklyn-based rapper Ka has just released a brand new record. 'The Thief Next to Jesus' is his first album since 2022, when he put out two albums under the Ka name: Languish Arts and Woeful Studies, which is also released in, basically, surprise-fashion.
The album was produced by Ka himself, with mixing and mastering by Scotty Hard and Michael Fossenkemper, respectively.
Check out Ka's self-directed video for album cut "Such Devotion" below:
While The Thief Next to Jesus was released with essentially zero fanfare, with no singles or official news ahead of its drop, Ka did post on X (formerly Twitter) a couple months ago that he had something in store for us.
Peace and thank you for your patience. I’ll have the new album for you sometime in August.
