Fans of the late Chicago rapper Juice WRLD have received a lot of posthumous content from him recently: The Pre-Party EP, including the songs “World Tour (Aquafina)” and “Lightyears (with Young Thug)”, which got an extended edition the next month, adding the tracks “Both Ways” and “Cavalier”; as well as the former release date of The Party Never Ends on 22 November, via Grade A Productions.
The release date for Juice’s fifth studio, third posthumous, and final – according to his manager Lil Bibby – album, has been pushed back one week. The countdown page for the forthcoming LP was updated yesterday and currently shows that there are 14 days left “until the party starts”, meaning we'll be hearing it on 29 November.
A trailer for the record was uploaded on July 2021, along with a promotional cover art and a pre-save link, but was later delayed due to Into The Abyss – a documentary on the rapper’s life – as well as other incidents, such as the hacking of Lil Bibby’s X account.
This new information comes right after the release of “AGATS2 (Insecure) [with Nicki Minaj]”, a sequel to one of Juice’s most successful songs: “All Girls Are The Same”, from his debut studio album Goodbye & Good Riddance.
Minaj dedicated a message to the late artist in an Instagram comment:
"We REPRESENTIN FOR JUICE WRLD tonight.
