JAY-Z and Beyoncé have officially been removed from the bizarre and graphic lawsuit involving an alleged assault at one of Diddy’s parties. The couple were originally named as witnesses, but their names were scrubbed after JAY-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, provided proof they weren’t in Miami during the alleged 2015 incident. Spiro warned the plaintiff’s legal team about the consequences of filing false claims.
The suit, filed by Manzaro Joseph, still includes mentions of LeBron James, Jacob Arabo, and Gloria and Emilio Estefan — though only Emilio Estefan remains a named defendant.
Joseph’s filing alleges an unhinged scene involving drugs, a penis mask, and celebrity witnesses. LeBron’s team dismissed the claims as “demonstrably false,” noting he was actively playing for the Cleveland Cavilers during the time in question.
Diddy, who’s already facing federal charges, continues to deny the new allegations through his legal team.
