Immaterialize — the Chicago-based dream pop duo formed by Alana Schachtel (Lipsticism) and Erik Fure (DJ Immaterial) – has shared a new track called "Will You Stay With Me" via Angel Tapes, the emerging artists imprint of Fire Talk Records.

 “Will You Stay With Me” was recorded by Immaterialize and mastered by longtime friend and collaborator Fire-Toolz. Schachtel had the following to say about the track, which came from "from a place of powerlessness and an unwillingness to accept finititude":

“[It's about] the desire to resist the forward nature of time and change. Looking at the inevitable qualities that time has - decaying, eroding, fading. Wanting people's healthy bodies and happy minds to be preserved. Not wanting the inevitable sickness and pain to come for the people you love and are in relationship with.”

Earlier this year, the duo released a video for "It's A Vision". Both artists have launched records this year under their solo monikers. Lipsticism's Wanted To Show You was released earlier this summer via Phantom Limb, and DJ Immaterial's Post-Op LP came out just last week on Extremely Pure.
