Today, ascendant singer-songwriter Greg Freeman has announced his third album, All Set The Bone. It's due out October 2nd via Transgressive/Canvasback.

With the announcement comes lead single "Indu," a jagged, biting track reminiscent of the late '90s runs of Modest Mouse and Pavement.

His first record after deciding to pursue music full time, Freeman describes All Set The Bone as a “reflection of a lot of change, and a lot of tension.” He left his home in Burlington, VT to hole up in the rural Southwest, and the eclectic characters he's met since populate the record's nooks and crannies. It was produced by prolific indie rock engineer John Congelton (St. Vincent, Death Cab for Cutie, Courtney Barnett), with contributions from Florry’s Joey Sullivan and The Rockin Worms’ Carney Hemler.

To support the record, Freeman will be going on tour around Europe this August and throughout the US in October and November. The US leg will see support from Hello Shark, Walker Rider, Trinity Ace, Touch Girl Apple Blossom, and Robber Robber. See the full list of dates below.
