Gorillaz have announced four special one-off performances at London’s Copper Box Arena on August 29, 30, September 2, and 3, 2025. These limited-capacity shows coincide with the closing week of House of Kong — a new exhibition running August 8 to September 3 at the venue — and will feature full-album performances of their first three records, plus a mystery final show.

Each night will offer a unique experience. On August 29, Gorillaz will perform their 2001 self-titled debut in full, recreating their early live shows at London’s Scala, where the band played behind a curtain while their virtual avatars — Murdoc, Noodle, Russel, and 2D — were projected for the audience. Damon Albarn and the live band will follow this same setup.

The August 30 show will celebrate 2005’s Demon Days, featuring hits like “Feel Good Inc.” and “Dare”. This performance will honor the limited runs in Manchester (2005) and New York (2006), with Jamie Hewlett’s original visuals returning.

On September 2, Plastic Beach will be performed live in full for the first time since 2010.

The residency’s final night on September 3 is a “mystery show,” featuring special guests joining the band.

All House of Kong exhibition ticket holders have priority access to buy tickets for the shows. To qualify, purchase an exhibition ticket by 11 PM BST on Tuesday, May 27.
