Glastonbury 2025 lineup announced: the 1975, Neil Young, and Olivia Rodrigo to headline

This year's Glastonbury Festival will feature several old and new voices. While Neil Young has headlined in the past, he has returned with his new band The Chrome Hearts. The band at first planned to drop from the festival, calling it a "a corporate turn-off" on Young's website, but they would later change their minds and continue to headline two days later. Young previously headlined Glastonbury in 2009.

With Young, Glastonbury's 1,500 acres will be shared with UK pop-rockers the 1975 and US popstar Olivia Rodrigo as headliners on the friday and sunday dates. The two have previously played on the UK stage but it will be first time headlining the event.

The event is set to take place June 25-29 at Worthy Farm in Somerset, England. According to the event's organizer, the annual festival will take a pause for 2026 to "give the land some rest." This is the first fallow year since 2018, while 2020 and 2021 were canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

While tickets are already sold out, there will be a resale for any tickets returned or canceled.
