Fontaines D.C. have revealed that Rosalia will appear on “Where Is Gone?”, a new song from their upcoming fifth album, Dopamine Chamber. The collaboration marks the first time the Irish band has featured a guest artist on one of their studio albums.
The previously unannounced feature was revealed alongside the album’s full tracklist on Thursday. “Where Is Gone?” appears as the eighth of the album’s 11 tracks, though the song itself has yet to be released.
Dopamine Chamber is due October 16 via XL Recordings, following the band’s 2024 album, Romance. It has already been previewed with the single “Marianne.” Frontman Grian Chatten described the record in an August statement, saying, “The album itself is a dopamine chamber.” He said the songs act as different mind- or mood-altering pieces the listener steps inside, and that the album needed to reflect a greater sense of corruption.
Rosalia is coming off the conclusion of her LUX Tour, which wrapped in Miami this week after nearly 60 shows across 17 countries. She also picked up three Latin Grammy nominations this week, with her album LUX (Complete Works) up for Album of the Year, and “La Perla,” featuring Yahritza y Su Esencia, competing for both Record and Song of the Year.
