Flycatcher, the New Brunswick alt-rock outfit, have returned with their new single “Flood”, taken from their forthcoming debut album Wrench.
Produced by Grammy-nominated Will Yip (Turnstile, Movements, The Wonder Years), the record arrives October 24th via Memory Music. Interestingly, “Flood” was almost cut from the album, but after demoing the track, the band found a chorus too good to pass up. Listen below:
Wrench introduces Flycatcher’s take on alt-rock, blending in shades of pop-punk and emo. It is the kind of music you put on full blast while driving with the windows down, the soundtrack for getting lost in the ride.
