Don Broco are back with a track that feels tailor-made for chaos. Their upcoming album, due out March 27 and this time, they’ve brought some heavyweight company along for the ride in the form of Nickelback.
The lead single off the album is "Nightmare Tripping."
“'Nightmare Tripping' is the uncertainty between dreams and reality,” stated Don Broco of the single.
“When the paralysis demon holding you down forces you to confront what you’ve tried to escape by going to sleep, blurring the boundaries of consciousness. In total contrast to that terror, collaborating on the song with Nickelback was a dream come true.”
The band continued:
“Chad and Ryan were incredible to team up with, and shooting the video in a burnt out L.A haunted house was an experience we’ll never forget.”
Working with Kroeger and Peake, they say, felt surreal in the best way, and filming the video inside a burned-out, supposedly haunted house in Los Angeles only added to the atmosphere.
The result is a track that thrives on extremes: fear and fun, abrasion and melody, British eccentricity colliding with North American polish.

The album is out March 27. Pre-order here.
