First things first, can we take a moment to acknowledge that the UK is still very much a part of Europe? Artists, bookers, and promoters really need to stop confusing the European Union with the whole damn continent. Ahem. Good news anyway for residents of Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and the UK, as Courtney Barnett has announced live shows in all those countries in October, extending her Creature of Habit tour that kicks off May 1 in Austin, TX.

Creature of Habit was released last month via Fiction Records. An in-studio session at KEXP featuring four tracks from the album just came out last week. Check that out, and the full list of tour dates, below:
