Clairo releases cover of Margo Guryan's "Love Songs"

Singer-songwriter Clairo has released a cover of Margo Guryan's "Love Songs" that is out on streaming services via Sub Pop Records. The single was produced by Leon Michels.

Margo Guryan was an American singer-songwriter active throughout the 1950s and 1950s. She is best known for her sole album released in 1968, Take a Picture.

Clairo's cover of "Love Songs" will be part of a 12-song compilation distributed by Sub Pop Records called Like Someone I Know: A Celebration Of Margo Gurya, which will release on November 8th. It also features covers from Margo Price, TOPS, Rahill, June McDoom, MUNYA & Kainalu, Frankie Cosmos & Good Morning, Kate Bollinger, Pearl & The Oysters, Bedouine & Sylvie, Barrie, and Empress Of.

Clairo will be on tour for the rest of this year and early 2025.
