Chat Pile and avant-garde guitarist Hayden Pedigo have announced In The Earth Again, a full-length collaboration album dropping on Halloween via Computer Students.
Alongside the announcement, the duo shared its lead single, “Radioactive Dreams”, which comes with a video that’s giving big The Ring VHS energy... except instead of a cursed tape, it’s just a woman walking around in the dark. Still unsettling, though. Watch/listen here:
Pedigo said about the project:
“We all wanted to avoid the downfall you see in a lot of collab records. We didn't want this record to either end up primarily sounding like one of us more than the other.”
Stin of Chat Pile added:
“For the album, every decision made was in support of each other's ideas and making sure that everything we did was in service of a greater vision.”
