Charli xcx has a Letterboxd account

On December 27, the account of Charli xcx was made known to the masses for the movie logging social media app Letterboxd.

The British pop star and moonlighting critic embraced the leak with about as much enthusiasm as one would expect, aptly changing her account bio to a simple, "my account got leaked I guess."

At the time of writing, her account has already amassed more than 120 thousand followers, and thankfully for the particularly parasocial, she's been hard at work logging 200+ films in 2024 alone. Fans have remarked her exceptional taste, where she has logged five-star ratings for everything from The Piano Teacher to Spy Kids.

Though her reviews are both rare and brief, fans have already highlighted some notably odd and humorous entries, such as her review of Gaspar Noé's Climax: "I wanna dance with George!", referring to her own song, "Club Classics".

Other reviews have sparked conversation concerning future material. Her review of Jonathan Glazer's Under the Skin, while hardly referring to the film itself, is turning heads over the mention of composer/producer Mica Levi, who Charli expressed interest in working with, writing, "Note to self: make next album w mica levi."

As long as she keeps it public, you can follow Charli's account here.
