Are you ready to run away with Carly Rae Jepsen one more time? Let those luscious synth-y saxophones bathe over you in a wave of pop ecstasy?

The popstar announced this week that her seminal record E•MO•TION is getting the birthday treatment and being re-released in the form of a ten-year-anniversary edition. The two-disc LP is set to be released October 17 through Interscope Records.

Jepsen revealed the news earlier this week (August 20) in Los Angeles, where she performed E•MO•TION in full for a one-night show at the Troubadour. There she announced a surprise for the audience, saying, “There’s all these jokes online about ‘will there ever be any sort of C-side [of E•MO•TION]? Well, on October 16 we have six bonus tracks, and one of them drops tonight!”

The rerelease will feature 24 tracks including two remixes of “Run Away With Me” and four previously unreleased songs: “Guardian Angel”, “Back of My Heart”, “Lost in Devotion”, and “More”, the latter of which has been released to support the record.
