Today, former Injury Reserve members Ritchie with a T and Parker Corey shared that they will release their debut album My Ghosts Go Ghost under By Storm on January 30th through deadAir.
After a year of steadily releasing singles, the duo will release their last single "And I Dance" tomorrow on all streaming services. The music video will drop earlier in the day at 11 AM EST. Click here to watch:
On Substack, the duo wrote of how they started officially releasing songs that they felt comfortable in. As they returned to playing live, they produced new songs in the preparation and performance of each show. By the time they performed in Los Angeles this past October, they were basically "just performing the album" yet to come.
By Storm had been working on music since wrapping up the final Injury Reserve tours at the end of 2022, but did not have an album yet. The pressure of both debuting a new band while also following up their last album By the Time I Get to Phoenix was tangible.
By Storm will be performing two shows this month in Brooklyn, New York and Tokyo, Japan. Although the latter is intended to be the "album release show," there will be European and North American tour dates announced soon.

My Ghosts Go Ghost will be out on January 30th under By(e) Storm via deadAir Records.
The tracklist is as follows:
-
Can I Have You For Myself?

Dead Weight
