Blink-182 turn their iconic "First Date" alter egos into collectible figures

Blink-182 are getting immortalized in vinyl, but not the kind you put on a turntable.

Encore! Toy Co., a subsidiary of Rockabilia, has announced a limited-edition set of seven-inch vinyl figures depicting Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker as their alter egos from the band's iconic "First Date" music video.

Instead of generic depictions of the power trio, the figures recreate their ridiculous "First Date" personas: Hoppus as mustachioed ladies' man Spaulding, DeLonge as the mulleted Boomer and Barker as the heavily sideburned Travis.

The officially licensed toys come as Blink celebrates the 25th anniversary of their landmark 2001 album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, which featured the seminal pop punk song alongside other classics like "The Rock Show" and "Stay Together for the Kids."

Encore! co-owner and Rockabilia exec Frankie Blydenburgh hyped the official collaboration, noting the band's influence nearly three decades ago:

"Blink-182 has been a huge part of my life since I discovered them in '97, and they were really the catalyst for me getting into punk rock. To now be nearly 30 years into that journey and working alongside the entire Blink team to bring an officially licensed project like this to life is pretty unbelievable.

"'Take Off Your Pants and Jacket' was such a defining record for so many fans, and getting to celebrate its 25th anniversary this way is something I'm incredibly proud to be a part of."

The packaging artwork for the new figures was designed by Jeremiah Purinton, while the figures themselves were sculpted by alarconos.

Pre-orders are available now exclusively through Encore! Toy Co., with the figures expected to ship in February 2027.
