Following the release of his new record GOLLIWOG, billy woods has unveiled the video for "Dislocated", featuring E L U C I D, and produced by Human Error Club.
Here's what Backwoodz Studioz had to say about the new release:
"One of the great things about Armand Hammer members’ solo records is that you also get some Armand Hammer. It’s like if Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul were on TV at the same time, just different days of the week. So although GOLLIWOG track “Dislocated” is not technically an Armand Hammer song, it might be one of the best Armand Hammer songs. (For other examples, please note “Instant Transfer” on Revalator, “Magdalene” from Church, “Sardonyx” on I Told Bessie, and “Crawlspace” on Hiding Places). The “Dislocated” video is directed by Ryosuke Tanzawa, an artist whose work we have fallen in love with over the years. We cannot say enough about Ryo’s vision and artistic integrity; his work is flat-out inspiring. Put this up there with “Doves” and “The World Is Dog” and Ryo and the Armand Hammer guys are three for three on collaborations so far. The song is produced by LA experimental jazz trio Human Error Club, a band you’re going to be hearing about a lot more around these parts."
