Forbes has confirmed that Beyoncé is now worth in excess of a billion dollars, becoming only the fifth musician in history to achieve such a fortune.

In 2025, she embarked on a tour to promote her 2024 foray into country music, Cowboy Carter. The gross from these performances (over $400 million in ticket sales, according to Pollstar, and millions of dollars more in merchandise movement) assisted in enabling Beyoncé to join the billionaire realm. According to Forbes, Beyoncé made an estimated $148 million this year.

She joins 22 billionaires in the world of entertainment, and four other musicians with three commas in their assets: Jay-Z (her husband), Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, and Rihanna. While Rihanna (for example) has made a substantial portion of her wealth through non-musical ventures, the majority of Beyoncé's fortune stems from her work in entertainment. Parkwood Entertainment, founded by the singer in 2010, manages Beyoncé's career and produces her artistic output, including albums and films.
