Beabadoobee teams up with The Marías for new single “All I Did Was Dream of You”

Beabadoobee has returned with a brand-new single, enlisting the dreamy, genre-blurring talents of The Marías.

Listen to "All I Did Was Dream of You" below:

“All I Did Was Dream of You” marks Bea Kristi’s first original track since her 2024 Rick Rubin-produced album, This Is How Tomorrow Moves. The ethereal accompanying video, directed by Jake Erland and Aboveground, was shot against the striking backdrop of Vilnius, Lithuania, and perfectly complements the song’s introspective vibe.

Earlier this month, Beabadoobee also lent her voice to a cover of Elliott Smith’s “Say Yes” for War Child’s Help(2) benefit compilation. Meanwhile, The Marías continue to gain recognition in their own right, having received a Best New Artist nod at this year’s Grammys, ultimately losing out to Olivia Dean.

After a two-year gap, new Beabadoobee is finally on the horizon, a bit of a shift for the London-based singer, who was once unstoppable in her early years. Between 2018 and 2021, she released five EPs, Lice (2018), Patched Up (2018), Loveworm (2019), Space Cadet (2019), and Our Extended Play (2021), alongside her debut album, Fake It Flowers (October 2020). Her sophomore LP, Beatopia, followed in mid-2022. Now, with a fresh deal inked with Dirty Hit and Interscope Records, fans might not have to wait long for her fourth studio album.
