The war machine keeps getting louder.
With season two of Battlefield 6 officially live as of February 17, the game’s in-vehicle radio has been restocked with another batch of tracks, leaning hard into turn-of-the-millennium angst, with a few curveballs thrown in just to keep things weird.
Much like the first season, the premium Battlefield Pro pass unlocks a dedicated radio station you can blast while tearing across maps in tanks, jets, and whatever else is built to explode. This latest drop doubles down on nü-metal staples, with a twist:
Slipknot – “Duality”
Papa Roach – “Last Resort”
Limp Bizkit – “Rollin (Air Raid Vehicle)”
The Offspring – “The Kids Aren’t Alright”
Morgan Wallen – “I’m The Problem”
Silly Goose – “Cowboy”
Yes, Morgan Wallen sticks out like a cowboy hat in a mosh pit, but it’s not as random as it looks. The crossover nods back to the game’s launch cycle, when Limp Bizkit cheekily rolled out “Making Love To Morgan Wallen” as part of the promotional blitz. That same era also saw the band link up with Henry Jackman to rework the game’s main theme into something appropriately bombastic.
Season two’s additions stack onto an already stacked playlist from season one, which set the tone for this anything-goes approach:
Godsmack – “Awake”
Drowning Pool – “Bodies”
Limp Bizkit – “Break Stuff”
Limp Bizkit – “Making Love To Morgan Wallen”
Limp Bizkit – “Battlefield: After-Party”
Pantera – “Domination”
Filter – “Hey Man Nice Shot”
Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Can’t Stop”
The Kinison – “You’ll Never Guess Who Died”
Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg – “Nuthing’ But A ‘G’ Thang”
The Prodigy – “Invaders Must Die”
The Interrupters (feat. Rancid) – “Got Each Other”
Bob Dylan – “Master Of War”
Chalk – “Pain”
