Aunt Katrina, project from members of feeble little horse and Snail Mail, announce debut album

Aunt Katrina – the solo project turned full band of Ryan Walchonski (ex-feeble little horse) and featuring members of Snail MailTosser and more – have announced their debut album, This Heat Is Slowly Killing Me, which is out July 11 via Crafted Sounds.

Along with the announcement comes lead single "Peace of Mind". Listen below:

The songs on This Heat is Slowing Killing Me touch on loss, disillusion, and impermanence. “A great many of my personal relationships had completely changed, and my writing was struggling to find a way to grapple with this,” Walchonski says.

The band will be playing an album release show in Baltimore on July 5th with support from Lean Tee and Berra. Watch the video for "Peace of Mind" below.
