Experimental musician and composer Ana Roxanne has announced a new album, her first solo project since 2020. Poem 1, her second full-length, is out 5/1 via Kranky, and acts as the follow-up to her 2020 debut, Because Of A Flower.
Alongside the news comes “Keepsake,” a delicate piano ballad that leans into her more intimate instincts. Listen below:
"I can't believe the time has finally come to share this with you, after years of working, ruminating and somehow pushing through to the end," Roxanne wrote on social media.
Back in 2023, Roxanne teamed up with DJ Python to launch Natural Wonder Beauty Concept, dropping a self-titled record that quickly found its way onto year-end lists of the best electronic releases.
